⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve been using the ATH M52 daily for a few months now and it’s been absolutely solid. The bead breaker is strong enough for even the toughest run-flats, and the dual-speed rotation helps massively with control. It’s definitely a step up from our previous machine and you can tell it’s built for heavy workshop use.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ordered the M52 along with the optional A34 arm and it’s made tyre changes much easier, especially for UHP and low-profile tyres. The pneumatic adjustments save a lot of manual effort. Only dropped one star because the three-phase requirement meant some electrical work beforehand, but performance-wise it’s excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our garage handles a high turnover of tyres every day and the M52 has kept up without any issues. It grips rims securely, runs smoothly and the automatic distance adjustment saves time. It feels like a machine designed with technicians in mind. Highly recommended if you want something heavy-duty and long-lasting.

FAQs About ATH M52 Tyre Changer – Heavy-Duty Semi-Automatic Tyre Machine for Run-Flats & UHP Tyres (14"–26")

What types of wheels is the ATH M52 suitable for?
The M52 handles a wide range of wheels, including car, SUV, 4x4, and light-commercial vehicle tyres. It supports 14″–26″ internal clamping and 12″–24″ external clamping, with rim widths up to 13″ and wheel diameters up to 1,050 mm.
Is the machine suitable for run-flat and ultra-high-performance tyres?
Yes — the M52 is designed for tougher tyre applications. Its powerful 2,500 kg bead breaker, dual-speed turntable, and optional A34 assist arm make it ideal for run-flats, UHP tyres, and low-profile tyres where additional control is required.
What power supply does the ATH M52 require?
The M52 operates on a 400V three-phase power supply. Workshops without three-phase will need appropriate electrical infrastructure or an upgrade. It also requires a stable 10-bar air supply for pneumatic functions.
